After the morning qualifying SS, the top fifteen chose their starting positions for the 51st Barum Czech Rally Zlín on the Zlín square. They all took the highest possible position, so the cars will start exactly the same as they were placed in the qualification.

The night Super Special Stage will be closed by Jan Kopecký, the next SS will be opened by the starting order. "Of course we would like to win, but not by hook or crook. There are a lot of young players who will be after us. We will try to make it difficult for them, we will do everything we can. I always look forward to coming here, the atmosphere is amazing," said the winner of the last six years at the ceremonial start.

Number two belongs to the foreign crew Simon Wagner, Gerald Winter. "The race in Zlín is always difficult, but I am happy with the time we set in the qualification. We'll see what the weekend brings," said the driver of the Austrian crew in the crowded square.

Filip Mareš will go third. "We enjoyed the qualifying stage as much as possible, it was a representative shakedown. It was everything, mud, drought, everything that awaits us this weekend. I hope that neither you nor we will get wet on the tracks and we will enjoy everything together," said the thirty-one-year-old racer to the fans.
