ACCREDITATION RULES, CONDITIONS

Barum Czech Rally Zlín applies the criteria for granting media accreditation in accordance with the procedures established by the International Automobile Federation (FIA) and the promoter of the FIA European Rally Championship, WRC Promoter GmbH. The accreditations concern professional journalists, photojournalists and cameramen. Accreditations will only be awarded to media representatives as a working tool and may not be used for PR, advertising or other promotional or commercial activities.

MEDIA ACCREDITATION PROCEDURE:
Requests for accreditation for all media must be submitted via the Eventhos online form, which will be available for the event on the website www.czechrally.com

All media accreditation for international and national media workers will take place exclusively through the ERC system, therefore all holders of national permanent accreditation of the Auto Club of the Czech Republic must apply for accreditation and will be issued an ERC tabard for access to special stages after meeting all requirements.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR THE MEDIA

A – PRESS AND PHOTOGRAPHERS
Accreditation is limited to a maximum of three representatives per media (the number also includes regional media). Out of this number, only one photographer per media can be accredited. In order for accreditation to be accepted, the publication must be publicly available. Publications of car clubs and companies (competitors) with internal circulation only and advertising agencies cannot be accredited as media! Electronic media (websites) must have a news character, under no circumstances can commercial private internet servers be accredited! Freelance journalists and photojournalists can obtain media accreditation only if they can demonstrate previous publication of significant articles and photographs. Attention! Photo accreditation does not entitle you to take a film footage.

B – RADIO
Accreditation is limited to a maximum of three radio station representatives, of which a maximum of two representatives will receive an ERC TABARD.

C – TELEVISION, VIDEO
The crews of TV stations also apply for accreditation via the Eventhos online form. Any questions and inquiries please send directly via e-mail to the address: accreditation@fiaerc.com This also applies to electronic media (websites) that will take and publish footage from the competition, and for online media filming or broadcasting during or after the rally, as well as the installation of "on-board" cameras to the competition cars. Persons accredited as television or persons authorized to film must be aware that taking action footage during the rally is not permitted. Television and other media with accreditation authorizing filming will only be able to take pictures in the service park. TV stations and media interested in obtaining rally recording licenses or receiving video footage from the WRC Promoter can contact the promoter via e-mail: broadcasting@wrc.com Attention! The use of drones (UAVs) in the rally area, i.e. on the special stages, service zone and in the start and finish area is strictly prohibited! Uploading of any film material to YouTube without the permission of the WRC promoter, i.e. the FIA ERC promoter, is not permitted.

SAFETY MEETING FOR THE MEDIA
Photographers and cameramen of television crews, reporters of radio stations will receive non-returnable ERC TABARD vests after positive processing of the accreditation request from the promoter. The TABARDS will be awarded after a media safety meeting on Thursday, August 15, 2024 at 6 p.m. The meeting will take place in the building of Continental Barum, s.r.o. in Otrokovice, 1st floor above the press center. Participation in safety meeting is mandatory for everyone, including people with FIA ERC permanent accreditations. In case of non-participation, the TABARD will not be issued!

Attention! All accredited media representatives must be over 18 years of age.
