COVID ARRANGEMENTS FOR SPECTATORS AND PARTICIPANTS

The jubilee 50th Barum Czech Rally Zlín will take place from 27 to 29 August 2021 in Zlín and its surroundings with public, but also with certain restricitions according to current hygienc and anti-epidemic measures issued by the Czech Ministry of Health and regional Hygiene Authority in Zlín

The organizers prepared a hygienic-epidemiological plan of measures for this important sports event in cooperation with the COVID-19 delegate and with the Zlín Region epidemiologist. An important message for the fans is that the Zlín organizers are preparing the anniversary rally with the presence of spectators at the special stages.

Spectators' participation at the special stages will be allowed in the specified numbers of visitors, spectators per sector in compliance with the existing hygienic conditions and observance of safe distances. „Restrictions will be applied at the service zone located at Continental Barum s.r.o. in Otrokovice and at organized VIP areas along the special stages. To enter these areas, a plastic bracelet will be required. Visitors will receive them for free after meeting the conditions at the Accreditation sites. This bracelet will be valid for the entire duration of the rally, so please do not remove it from your hand until Sunday," said Miloslav Regner, director of Barum Czech Rally Zlín.

To enter the Barum Czech Rally Zlín service zone in Otrokovice and VIP places, it is necessary to meet one of the following conditions:

1) vaccination - confirmation of vaccination against Covid-19 and being at least 14 days after the 2nd dose
2) negative PCR test (not older than 7 days)
3) negative antigen test (not older than 72 hours)
4) 180 days of immunity - certificate from Vaccination portal (ocko.uzis.cz) or confirmation from medical practitioner of a Covid infection

If needed, Barum rally organizers will together with local laboratories provide antigen testing directly at the Accreditation places in Zlín and Otrokovice. The Zlín accreditation point (including the test center) will be located at parking lot near the sports hall and bus station. Arrival to the parking is possible from Mostní street. All persons fill in an affidavit of infectivity there or bringt heir pre-filled one. The Otrokovice accreditation point (including the test center) will be located near the service zone (OK Trans spectators' parking). All visitors of the service zone must prove themselves with one of the documents on infectivity and sign a solemn declaration in the same way as in Zlín. In terms of the Covid-19 measure, the competition teams must send to the organizer a group list of team's personnel prior to the rally.

Attention! In places where it is not possible to keep the minimum safe distance of 2 meters, it is necessary to wear the respirators even outdoor.
